Spicy Ground Beef Stew

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- In a large saucepan, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup and tomatoes; heat through.

I tried this as written but it tasted too canned to me. I added a dash of Worcestershire and about a quarter cup sharp cheddar and liked it much better.

This was the easiest recipe I've run across. It was the best tasting stew and so simple. My family loved it.

My DH didn't much care for it, mostly b/c he doesn't like condensed vegetable soup (sheesh!), but I absolutely loved it!
