We really liked this dish. I left out the salt because my husband is on a restricted diet and it was still very good. Will make this again.

Seasoning made the flavor spectacular. I would omit the salt next time since I thought it was a tad on the salty side.

Husband prefers pan-seared, I prefer baked. Great either way!

This is the first time I have ever cooked fish. Of ANY kind( other than fish sticks). This recipe was easy to follow, I had everything here but Thyme, but followed the recipe other than that. The recipe is easy to follow, tastes delish, and quick to throw together. For a 52 year old first time fish cooker, this recipe is a repeat in my book! I can't believe it took so long for me to try it! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
