This is an easy side dish to have! I added some mixed vegetables and other seasoning to give it some zip!

This way a tasty and quick rice dish. I added some sesame oil and also cooked the rice with chicken stock instead of water. It definitely needs at least 3 eggs too.

We weren't impressed by this. I used soy sauce like some of the other reviewers. The taste was just ok. If I try this again, I'd definitely do the teriyaki. However there are plenty of other easy fried rice recipes out there, I think I'd try those other ones first. Just meh.

I use 3 eggs that I scramble after pushing vegetables and rice to the side of the pan. I use canola(1/4 Cup) and Sesame oil (2Tbsp) instead of butter it makes a huge difference. I add 1 package frozen, mixed vegetables or peas and carrots. I cook the rice in the microwave 1 cup rice 2 cups water or broth and 12 minutes. Rice is perfect every time.

Very quick, very easy. I made it exactly as stated, but we served roasted teriyaki beef over it and the extra sauce made it taste better.

Love this simple recipe! I used soy sauce (though it should be noted that you should use a little LESS soy sauce than you would teriyaki sauce) and I add peas.
