I'm not sure what happened, but I cooked this 20 min and the fish was very dry, The sauce helped to moisten it a bit. Husband really liked it. It didn't look anything like the picture.

I’ve made this several times with cod and halibut. My family and I love this recipe. I do add garlic. I also make my own mayo which makes a huge difference and palatable to many mayo haters. Store bought mayo is fermented which makes it taste funny/yucky. The recipe is great and I will make again. I’ve served this with orzo, fettuccine, and mash potatoes. Add a Green salad or veggie and it makes meal.

Yep, it is 5 stars! Really delicious.

This is delicious. However, the calorie count is way low. There are 390 calories per serving for just the mayo and cheese! Next time will try with half the amount of sauce.

Great cod recipe! So easy to put together and really delicious. We loved the addition of green onions to the mayo mixture. Made exactly as directed and served with rice and steamed broccoli. Next time I might add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top. I highly recommend this recipe!

Wow! Amazingly good, given the simplicity of the ingredients. I had a request to use this recipe every time I make cod.

One of the few recipes I make where I don't have to make any modifications whatsoever. Surprising, but the green onions make a difference. I've also made this with rockfish. I wouldn't try it with tilapia or sole because the filets tend to be too thin and fall apart to the point of mush. I always use mayo made with canola because the one time I didn't, my sauce separated.
