Mine didn't blend well (a little foam-like on top). But tasted great!

Delicious. My Mom made this for several years. She has since passed away and I plan to make it for either Thanksgiving or Christmas get together with family.

This salad is a five star winner in my book. Not only easy to prepare but tastes like a Dreamsicle (remember those?). So yummy. Don't worry if you don't like buttermilk, you won't taste it for the orange flavor and whipped topping.
