Terrible. If it were possible to make pancakes without flavor, this is the recipe to use. I double-checked the ingredients and order of introduction, and I followed everything to the letter. I don't know what went wrong, but I won't be using this recipe again.

Great pancakes. Just added a little vanilla.

These pancakes were a hit! My kids were asking for seconds and thirds as soon as they came off the griddle! The texture is perfect. They are light and fluffy and cook well. We like our pancakes thinner so these were perfect. I could not taste the maple syrup. We didn't have real maple syrup so I had to use the maple flavored pancake syrup. I will definitely try these again when I buy some real maple syrup to see if I can taste the maple flavor.

Very good recipe.

The pancakes tasted good but adding the maple syrup made it so sweet. I personally don't like this flavour but without the syrup the rest of the recipe tastes wonderful!

If you like light, thin and golden pancakes you will love this recipe! The light stacked pancakes have a hint of maple flavor and aren't overly sweet. With the addition of soft butter and maple syrup these were eaten up quickly!

pancakes were exceptional although I used 3/4 tsp. apple pie spice in place of all other spices in recipe. Just right for our family. Next time I make them I am going to try using Granny Smith apples. This will be my go to recipe for apple pancakes.

I think a little more maple syrup would have helped.

They were good, but not enough maple flavor. It seems redundant to have maple pancakes when you'll be putting maple syrup on top of them. Also, you need to double the recipe if you plan on feeding more than two people.
