Garlic Creamed Spinach

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 packages (10 ounces each ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add spinach and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until cream cheese is melted.

used table cream for the milk as we are on that low card thingy. Wonderful flavor and I'm sure now we will make often.

Fantastic and easy. Used it as a sauce for pasta and steamed cauliflower. It's a keeper!

Prepared 11-6-2019! YUMMY! Only change was using 1/3 cup 2% milk! This is a real keeper!

I used less cram cheese and no milk and it still was good. Makes the spinach taste more mild.
