- 2 packages (one 16 ounces, one 10 ounces) frozen corn
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and corn is tender. Stir just before serving.

This was pretty good, but a little too rich for me. Used the stovetop instead of the crockpot.

I too made this. I am requited to make this when the whole family come together for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. YUMMY.

Love this recipe, take to work potlucks and to family dinners. It is now a tradition to bring this to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner...loved by all, even the ones who don't like cream cheese.

Have been making something just like this for years. But do not put in slow cooker. IT is really good. Will contiune to make it both ways.
