FANTASTIC! I loved this recipe not only because it was so quick and easy but because it called for items I almost always have on hand. Sometimes I realize I don't have enough eggs to bake a recipe and this is great for when that happens. This is a perfect cake for my son who doesn't like icing. The rest of us who prefer icing didn't even miss it this time.

This cake was very moist and my husband loved it. When you want a quick dessert this is a go too. I had it mixed and in the oven within 15 minutes. It's a keeper.

My family has enjoyed this recipe for years. This is the one I go to when I don't happen to have eggs on hand. It's yummy.

I just made this cake today and not only was this cake simple to make, it was moist and delicious! Even though it didn't need it, I made a simple chocolate frosting for extra sweetness. A very good recipie! Thank you for posting!
