Chili Potato Wedges

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 large baking potato
- Cooking spray
- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Cut potato lengthwise into eight wedges. Spray wedges with cooking spray, then coat with seasoning mixture.
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Instead of spraying, I just toss in oil and seasonings

The only changes I made were using oil instead of spray, and cooking them longer because we like them crispier. Simple and delicious! I will definitely be making again. I feel they are versatile and may change up spices depending on what I’m serving them with.

Easy to make and yummy. I missed the 'spraying the potato slice with cooking spray' so my seasoning wasn't very even, but they were still yummy.
