Was not happy with results did not care for the recipe. It was very runny should use more cornstarch to thicken the juices from the berries

This is so simple yet has everything to make your crisp to die for. I used unsalted butter for an even lower sodium count.

This turned out good. Made it just as it says but it was way too much for two people. I think it would serve three or four easily especially when you put the ice cream with it.

We harvest plenty of blackberries from our garden every summer so I am often looking for desserts that use them. I think this is my husband's favorite blackberry dessert. I usually double the recipe (using about 5 cups of blackberries) and bake it in an 8x8-inch baking pan. I plan to use the topping for other fruit crisps too.

I have been making this recipe for a few years now and it has become a must have with all of our friends. They practically beg me to make it :) I've used this recipe as well as a base recipe and just mixed or used different fruit altogether! Thanks for sharing!

I didn't like the recipe. I cooked it for 10 minutes longer and the crisp did not taste done. It did not have enough sugar or corn starch in it. I wouldn't make it again without totally changing the amount of sugar, flour, cornstarch and time to cook it.

I didn't have enough blackberries so I added some blueberries as well and it was super yummy. My family wasted no time eating it up.
