Had to add double the chicken broth. Started with 16 oz fresh spinach but only added 2/3 because it was just too much. Flavor is okay...nothing amazing.

First off never need flour with heavy cream...second... putting uncooked noodles in a recipe is never A good option, especially a thin noodle. Was a gooey mess and had to add water and more broth to save it and still wasn’t to my standards. I love to cook, and think pretty good at it and this recipe needs a lot of tweaking. Will tweak and repost when I master it. Very disappointed... have always had good luck with taste of home recipes and this one was not good.
