What’s better than a steaming plate of nachos covered in melted cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole? Not much, but Disney Springs’ Dole whip nachos are a close contender.
Disney Springs recently reopened, and as if that Disney magic wasn’t enough, the park is also making this Instagram-ready treat. Dole whip nachos were around for a limited time last year, and now they’re back on the menu at Marketplace Snacks for good.
What’s All in the Dole Whip Nachos?
There are no beans or ground beef to be found in this sweet nacho heap. In place of tortilla chips, this dessert uses chips made from waffle cones. It’s loaded up with a Dole whip swirl, chunks of fresh pineapple, a strawberry sauce drizzle, mango boba pearls and plenty of whipped cream, then garnished with rainbow sprinkles.
It looks like the perfect combination of fruity and refreshing:

How to Make Dessert Nachos at Home
We’ve shared how to make Dole whip before, so you can use that as a starting point to recreate this amazing treat at home. From there, it’s easy to break apart waffle cones, slice up some pineapple and start assembling your creation.
If you really want to get crafty with dessert nachos, you can try islander nachos that get a Hawaiian spin with pineapple, coconut and bananas, or cinnamon nachos that use flour tortillas baked with butter and sugar.
